Founded in 1983, Applied Concepts was acquired in 2019 by growth investors who reignited the company with investments in our Digital Performance Center, Learning Lab, and Performance Management Team.

We provide sales and performance training and coaching for employees of auto dealerships to improve the way they connect and communicate with customers. With more than 3,000 dealerships across United States & Canada, we’ve conducted more than 2 million training and coaching sessions.

A wide variety of programs and topics are offered through live, one-on-one remote training and coaching as well as an e-learning platform. Our tools + services are based on learning science and specialized data. Our programs aim to be user friendly with an easy-to-navigate structure, adaptive, accessible from anywhere, engaging, and most importantly proven to deliver a strong ROI.
