Ronny Paniagua is the Associate Director of Information Technology. He has been with Applied Concepts since 2003 and has led the charge for technology implementation and operations. Often referred to as “The Technology Whisperer,” Ronny has been an advocate for bringing the latest in seamless, efficient technology to dealer customers for almost two decades. Additionally, Ronny manages all customer- and employee-facing platforms and services including support, help desk, vendor partnerships, server maintenance, reporting operations and CRM administration.
